1. App download
Download the "Pflegenavi" app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app is compatible with iOS and Android devices.
Look out for a welcome e-mail, which will be generated for you by the participating care institutin via Pflegenavi and sent to you.
2. Verification
Open the welcome e-mail that was sent to your e-mail address. You can confirm your account at a touch of a button.
Follow the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to set a new password for the app. As soon as this is done, you can get started and log into the app.
3. Payment activation
To be able to process payments automatically, set up the SEPA direct debit mandate. This is very simple.
Follow the on-screen instructions in the dashboard step by step. The direct debit mandate is set up in just a few clicks. We are delighted that you are part of the Pflegenavi family.

Simply click on the app icon on your device. In the login field, enter your e-mail address and the password you have chosen and click on the "Login" button;
Alternatively, you can also use the webapp. To do this, click on the "Login" button on our website (www.pflegenavi.at).
Click on the "Forgot your password?" button to start the process of setting a new password.
Enter your e-mail address in the next window. We will send you instructions on how to create a new password. Please check your inbox for an e-mail from Pflegenavi. Follow the instructions in the e-mail. As soon as you have set the new password, you can use it to log into the app.
If your SEPA direct debit mandate has been set up, the direct debit from your bank account will be initiated automatically as soon as the account balance falls below a threshold set by the care institution (e.g. € 50).
We will send you an initial e-mail notification of an upcoming direct debit 4 days before the direct debit (including a reference to the specific amount to be debited).
Please make sure that your bank account has sufficient funds for the upcoming payment. We will also keep you informed in the following days until the amount is actually debited.
