The card is available both as a physical card and virtual card for smartphones and offers maximum flexibility in everyday life.

How does PIANQA work?

Here you will find a brief description of how simple and intuitive the payment process is with PIANQA payment cards.

1. Wallet topup

The Pflegenavi wallets are initially topped up by SEPA direct debit. Clients and social organizations have their own Pflegenavi wallets - these are linked to the PIANQA payment cards.

2. Payment & recording

Employees can use their own PIANQA card to pay for all everyday expenses directly - whether at the supermarket, pharmacy or hairdresser. All transactions are recorded in real time and assigned to clients in our app.

3. Proof & documentation

The digital recording of expenses saves manual accounting and the time-consuming administration of paper receipts. All receipts can be viewed by the organizations, clients and adult representatives at any time via the Pflegenavi apps.
