Make sure that you have downloaded the "Pflegenavi Business" app. Simply click on the "Pflegenavi Business" app icon on your device. In the login field, enter your e-mail address and the password you have chosen and click on the "Login" button.
Alternatively, you can also use the webapp. To do this, click on the "Login" button on our website (www.pflegenavi.at).
Click on the "Forgot your password?" button to start the process of setting a new password and enter your e-mail address in the next window. We will send you instructions on how to create a new password.
From now on, the process will continue in your e-mail inbox. Follow the instructions in the e-mail. As soon as you have set the new password, you can use it to log into the app.
